Here at Federal Hocking High School, we have an hour of time allotted for lunch and other activities. During the first half of lunch, most freshmen and sophomores will be in tutoring for a core class. If you are an upperclassman in need of help, whether you need tutoring for passing the OGTs or with your senior project, you will have time for that. Also there are club meetings and the computer lab in the library is open for students to study. Some of the students spend their time doing homework, going to teachers to get individualized instruction, while others spend their time playing games in the gym, playing cards, hanging out with the 3DI club, going to internship or getting advice from the guidance office. It's also time for talking and hanging out - you know, getting a little bit of a break, in order to help you refocus for the rest of the day.
