- Scholarships for children of active duty military, Guard, or Reserve who
were federalized and died on active duty after September 11, 2001. The
applicant must be a high school senior or high school graduate.
Scholarship is for undergraduate study at an accredited institution of
higher education within the United States. Applications may be
downloaded from website; scholarship recipients may re-apply for the
award.
