- Students entering or enrolled in a program for Dental Hygiene or Expanded Functions..
- Students must be a graduate of a high school within the counties served by the Hocking Valley Dental Society: Fairfield, Perry, Hocking and Athens.
- A resident of one of these counties or
- An employee of a dentist in the HVDS.
