- Applicants must be 17 years old
- Must be residents of the 15th Congressional District (Athens, Clinton, Fairfield, Hocking, Madison, Morgan, Perry, Pickaway, and Vinton)
- Applicants should apply to Congressman Stivers in the spring of their junior year
- You must first complete the Application Request Form on Congressman Stivers' website. Deadline for submitting the request is early September.
- After the request has been sent, the Nomination Application will be sent via e-mail beginning in May.
